The new 4.2 MGD Pump Station was a follow-up project to the replacement of the City of Coos Bay’s Wastewater Pump Station No. 7. The station was designed around Flygt pumps with a Multitrode Triplex+VFD control system. Electrical considerations included station controls, reconnecting to an existing emergency generator, and communications.
